  • Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package weight, and order value.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products, promotional campaigns, or orders above a specified value.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

Customized & Corporate Orders

Customized gifts, corporate gifting solutions, bulk orders, and event gifting orders may have separate production and shipping timelines. Our team will communicate the estimated delivery schedule during order confirmation.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or if the package is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and product. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
